This exclusive sparkling wine from the Apostelhoeve, the Cuvée St. Pieter Brut, originates from the historic Sint-Pietersberg in Maastricht – the most famous hill in the Netherlands.

A place steeped in history, from sieges to art treasures, where even Rembrandt’s Night Watch found safe shelter in the caves beneath the vineyard during the Second World War.

The Cuvée St. Pieter Brut is a refined blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, aged for 24 months sur latte, resulting in a beautifully layered taste experience.

On the nose, it reveals delicate brioche notes intertwined with hints of roasted almonds, red fruit, and a touch of citrus. The fine mousse and vibrant acidity lend the wine an energetic and elegant structure, while the finish lingers long and refined.
