The Auxerrois grape, also known as Pinot Auxerrois, is a white grape. It is a French grape variety and a cross between the Pinot and the Heunisch Weiss. The name Auxerrois comes from the French county of Auxerre. This good-quality white grape is most common in Alsace, Moselle and Luxembourg.
