Taste and foodpairing

This sparkling wine has a delicate bouquet of primary fruit aromas. Citrus fruit and peach are very much recognisable. It has a bright clean nose, notes of typical Riesling expression and roses. Very delicate and refined. There is a nice balance between fresh acidity and a small residual sweetness, it is a very amenable sparkling wine with a crisp start and nice fruit elements. In short: spring in a glass!
